<br>
effective leadership for the delivery and management of all Continuing
<br>
Airworthiness training activities from the TTF. The post holder should be able
<br>
to lead and manage a skilled and knowledgeable workforce, for the purpose of deploying
<br>
&ldquo;fit for purpose&rdquo; training solutions, whilst maximising operational efficiency
<br>
and minimising costs. They may also be required to carry out
<br>
additional or alternative tasks from time to time, subject to holding the
<br>
appropriate level of competency.

</div><div></div><ul><li>Ensuring delivery to contracted milestones in line with CDRL B02.
<br>
</li><li>Identify training business opportunities and requirements for Training
<br>
activities, including the development of outline solutions or bid proposals
<br>
compliant with Part 145 and EASA,EMARS as appropriate.
<br>
</li><li>Undertake training situation analysis and produce consolidated
<br>
reports/outline syllabus&rsquo; ensuring they meet the requirements of the business.
<br>
</li><li>Manage the delivery of training interventions which may include
<br>
courseware, examinations, devices and facilities.
<br>
</li><li>Ensure training is delivered via a variety of media (classroom, virtual, practical,
<br>
OJT etc.) and facilitate the management of assessments as required
<br>
(written/practical), marking and feedback.
<br>
</li><li>Manage and lead training activities including bids, data management,
<br>
facilities, trainers, examinations, training records and course scheduling.
<br>
</li><li>Manage the evaluation of training design and delivery ensuring all
<br>
continuous improvements are embedded.

</li><li>Manage and lead the
<br>
BAE Systems and BSL Mandated Training schedule, training records and course
<br>
scheduling.</li>

of Aircraft Maintenance &amp; Support Training activities by setting delivery

targets, monitoring progress and developing performance improvement programmes</li>

records are maintained on relevant systems (IT / paper based)</li>
<li>Lead training compliance

with the Training Management Plan &amp; its associated procedures and

Human Factors, Error Management, Risk Management and Safety Assurance within

Training, together with the proactive analysis, mitigation and management of

Hazards</li>

activities are compliant with the Governance and Assurance framework. Ensure

process confirmations and independent assurance audits are supported by
<br>

<li>Manage audit findings in a

timely and appropriate manner and provide updates into the relevant reviews</li>

ensuring that all off aircraft maintenance work is performed to approve data

and quality standards. Reporting to the Deputy Depth Maintenance Manager for

the organisation, administration, control and efficiency of the Part 145 Bay
<br>
Operations. The post holder will have a high-level understanding of Armament
<br>
&amp; AGE trades and will be required to think and
<br>
plan tactically to respond to the constantly changing environment in terms of
<br>
the customer and product changes/customization</p><br>

<br>
interaction with the QAF support staff and will be responsible for planning
<br>
maintenance events through the effective scheduling and optimisation of the
<br>
Part 145 maintenance facilities capability and capacity. Ensuring agreed work

packages and maintenance events are scheduled, resourced, executed and managed
<br>
to plan and cost, with a clear understanding of the customers&rsquo; requirements and
<br>
agreed time scales.

mechanical, electrical, electronic, avionic or other studies relevant to the
<br>
maintenance and continuing airworthiness of aircraft Fully experienced and competent in hands-on Customer Support by
<br>
providing a complete service to the customer.

the application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices.
