The Truck Dispatcher also manages documentation, handles phone and digital communication, resolves operational issues, and supports safety and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.<br/><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Strong logistics and transportation coordination skills, including route planning, load scheduling, and fleet monitoring.</li><li>Effective communication skills for interacting with drivers, clients, and team members via phone, messaging apps, and email.</li><li>Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple dispatches, documentation, and follow-ups.</li><li>Competence with basic computer applications and dispatch or tracking software; ability to maintain accurate digital records.</li><li>Problem-solving skills to manage delays, last-minute changes, and operational issues calmly and efficiently.</li><li>Knowledge of road safety practices and basic transportation regulations relevant to trucking operations.</li><li>Ability to work on-site in Rawalpindi, including flexible hours or shifts when business needs require.</li><li>Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, or logistics is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree is an advantage.</li></ul><p>Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
