 We&rsquo;re looking for a creative powerhouse &mdash; a detail-obsessed Video/Motion Designer who&rsquo;s fluent in visual storytelling and passionate about creating memorable experiences.  Requirements

 Diploma/degree in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 At least 4 years of experience with digital, design, or agency background
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proven experience as a Motion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects, including 2D motion graphics
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Possess a performance-driven mindset and have experience with performance ads
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proficient in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Working knowledge of Figma
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience in creating content for various digital channels, social media platforms (Google Ads, Twitter, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).Experience or knowledge of the latest AI tools
