The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling, experienced in video production, and capable of delivering engaging content across multiple digital platforms.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Capture high-quality property walkthrough videos, lifestyle content, and professional property photography.</li><li>Produce engaging short-form videos, including Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, and other social media content.</li><li>Record agent branding videos, introductions, testimonials, interviews, and educational content.</li><li>Cover property launches, developer events, exhibitions, corporate events, open houses, and site visits.</li><li>Plan and execute video shoots, including camera setup, lighting, framing, audio recording, and equipment management.</li><li>Edit videos for social media, digital marketing campaigns, paid advertisements, websites, and YouTube.</li><li>Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, color grading, sound design, background music, and visual effects to enhance video quality.</li><li>Optimize videos for different platforms and aspect ratios, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Google Ads.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Social Media, Performance Marketing, and Sales teams to develop creative content aligned with campaign objectives.</li><li>Maintain a well-organized digital library of video footage, photographs, project files, and creative assets.</li><li>Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.</li><li>Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest video production techniques, editing trends, and social media best practices.</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Experience</b></p><ul><li>Experience in real estate, architecture, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle content creation.</li><li>Knowledge of drone videography and aerial photography.</li><li>Experience creating high-converting video ads for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with AI-powered video editing tools and workflow automation.</li><li>Basic photography editing skills using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>3+ years of experience in videography and video editing (real estate experience is an advantage).</li><li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software.</li><li>Experience with professional cameras, gimbals, drones (licensed where applicable), lighting, microphones, and audio equipment.</li><li>Strong understanding of cinematography, storytelling, composition, color grading, lighting, and sound design.</li><li>Ability to create engaging content optimized for social media and digital marketing.</li><li>Excellent time management, creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.</li></ul><p>Application Question(s):</p><ul><li>Which Adobe Platforms you have experience with ? </li><li>What is your Expected Salary ? </li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
