Watkins Distributing is a family owned and operated beverage distribution company that has serviced Idaho and Montana for four generations. 
Job Summary: 
Warehouse associates are a part of the Warehouse picking and loading team and prepare beverage orders for distribution. 
Key Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>
Safely and accurately pick customer orders using scanner or voice-guided systems.</li><li>
Scan and verify product type, case count, size, and accuracy using handheld devices or company technology.</li><li>
Build and stack pallets with beverage products following assigned load tickets.</li><li>
Operate a forklift and/or pallet jack to move products from inventory pallets to sales pallets.</li><li>
Properly shrink-wrap, label, and stage completed pallets for shipping.</li><li>
Load trucks with completed pallets for outbound delivery.</li><li>
Unload trucks with empty pallets/kegs.</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse (aisle upkeep, empty pallets, trash, etc.).</li><li>
Adhere to safety procedures and support warehouse security protocols.</li></ul>
Preferred Skills &amp; Abilities:
<ul><li>Experience operating electronic pallet jack and forklift preferred.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow pick instructions accurately.</li><li>
Ability to perform warehouse duties safely and efficiently.
</li><li>Enjoys working in a fast-paced, yet independent environment.</li></ul>
Physical Demands &amp; Work Environment<ul><li>
Must be able to lift and move cases ranging from 20 - 50 lbs. regularly. Frequent bending, squatting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.</li><li>
Work may span multiple temperature zones (dry, cool, frozen).</li></ul>
