</p><p>You&rsquo;ll work with electrical and hydraulic systems from the ground up&mdash;transforming schematics into fully operational equipment. The machine builder will be working in a team of 3-4 in the department. This person will be responsible for reviewing the electrical and mechanical prints to assemble the desired applications. this will include hosing, power units, plumbing, hydraulics, motor, pumps, complete electrical wiring and panel assembly. They typical project take 3-4 days to complete. They will be working as a team throughout the assembly of the compactors.

Load bottom end plug and fuel tubes either manually or using semi-automatic equipment. Girth weld and oxide coat the tubes. Perform in-process inspection on fuel tube quality and repair operations. Label and weigh fuel tubes/rods.
</div><div>You will work with a laser marker, personal computer, and U.T. inspection equipment and welding equipment, including GTAW/TIG and resistance welding. A pressurization welding station, weigh scale, and several measurement tools are also available, such as dial indicators, pressure gauges, and ring gauges. You will work with end plugger, metal working lathe, electric drills, and electric grinders. An electrode position gage and force gage are also part of our equipment.</div>

Operate tube marking and rod weigh equipment.</div>

Prepare weld samples for corrosion, reach and pull testing. Make adjustments to weld equipment to meet quality requirements.</div>

Operate U.T. inspection equipment and troubleshoot pluggers, welders, cleaners, rollers and polishers and lathe.</div>

Input material to equipment (plugs and tubes) and operate control panels.</div>

Monitor tube end cleaning and automatic plugging device.</div>

<li>Communicate effectively with end users, program and quality leadership, and domain experts in order to deliver reporting solutions.</li>
<li>Provide guidance on new report requests, as well as migration of existing reports.</li>
<li>Understanding of data quality concepts, including data validation, completeness, and reconciliation.</li>
<li>Ability to work with large, complex datasets from multiple sources (e.g., EHR, data warehouse).</li>
<li>Ability to translate business and clinical requirements into reporting and data visualization solutions.</li>
<li>Create, maintain, and expand growing body of technical domain knowledge related to reporting infrastructure. Conduct analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into functional system requirements.</li>
<li>Provide second level support to end-users, including troubleshooting data discrepancies and reporting issues. Supports end users in resolving data needs on a timely basis.</li>
<li>Partner with analytics, CQI, and program teams to ensure reporting solutions align with clinical workflows, quality measures, and operational needs.</li>
<li>Support development and maintenance of reporting pipelines for healthcare quality and regulatory reporting (e.g., CCBHC, state reporting).</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data within reporting environments through validation and troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Collaborate with data warehouse and IT teams to support data integration across systems (e.g., EHR, external data sources).</li>
<li>Document data sources, transformations, and report logic to support transparency and consistency.</li>
<li>Serve as team lead on small to medium size cross-functional projects. Lead workgroups and conducts meetings.</li>
<li>Evaluate, research and recommend reporting tools, data models, and processes to improve data accessibility and decision-making, with a focus on the Agency&rsquo;s systems, technology strategies and standards.</li>

<p><b>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Ability to get up to speed on domain knowledge quickly and to understand data limitations under which Data Warehouse team operates.</li>
<li>Ability to translate requirements from the Data Warehouse team; there is often an iterative back-and-forth between data consumers and Business Intelligence Analyst.</li>
<li>Ability to partner with key stakeholders to perform root cause data analyses and remediation efforts.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively with report requestors, report writers, and data analysts in delivering reporting solutions.</li>
<li>Ability to provide guidance on new report requests, as well as migration of existing reports.</li>
<li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments.</li>
<li>Experience creating specification documents, use cases, and other request-related documentation.</li>
<li>Highly motivated, proactive and a self-starter; strong sense of ownership &amp; ability to create and execute plans without daily oversight.</li>

<p><b>QUALIFICATIONS:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science/information systems/business administration or related field, <b>required.</b></li>
<li>Experience working with relational databases and SQL, <b>required.
</b></li><li>3+ years of experience as Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role, <b>required.</b></li>
<li>Understanding of relational data structures and basic data modeling concepts, <b>required.</b></li>
<li>Experience developing reports or dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar), <b>preferred.</b></li>
<li>Understanding of relational data structures and basic data modeling concepts, <b>preferred.</b></li>
<li>Experience working with healthcare or behavioral health data strongly, <b>preferred.</b><br>
