of activities &ndash; Perform physical logistics activities ensuring the appropriately documented and airworthiness 
records are maintained on relevant systems (IT / paper based). Identify any issues and escalate as 
appropriate.

<li>Procedure/standards &ndash; Comply 
with the Part 145 Exposition and its associated procedures and standards and 
any other Company procedures and standards, as applicable. Identify and propose 
changes, as required.

<li>Safety 
Management System &ndash; Ensure Human Factors and Error Management 
philosophies are applied to all Physical Logistics activities. Understand the 
risks associated with Physical Logistics and the means by which they are 
mitigated and managed. 
</li>
<li>Management 
System Assurance &ndash; Perform Physical Logistics activities in a manner that 
are compliant with the AM&amp;S Governance and Assurance framework, including 
supporting Process Confirmations and independent assurance audits. Support the 
response to audit findings in a timely and appropriate manner and provide 
information to support the relevant reviews. Support the implementation of 
identified improvements to overcome any non-compliance and monitor 
effectiveness.

<li>Statutory 
/ Regulatory &amp; Legislative requirements &ndash; 
Able to demonstrate an appropriate level of understanding and application of 
the relevant Continuing Airworthiness Regulatory framework. Support the 
implementation of any Regulatory-driven changes into the Physical 
Logistics activities. Be compliant with all other requirements, e.g. ITAR, 
EaPW, ISO, etc.</li>
<li>Contractual 
Requirements &ndash; Ensure compliance with applicable contractual 
requirements, e.g. through support to contract reviews and the incorporation of 
required changes into Physical Logistics processes. 
</li>
<li>Security 
Clearance &ndash; Must hold current SC

<div>Qualifications/Functional Knowledge:</div>
<ul><li>Understand the 
workings of a Physical Logistics operation and the importance of documentation 
in a safety critical environment. 
</li>
<li>Can demonstrate 
experience of using electronic asset tracking / warehouse storage systems. 
Knowledge of BAES/ customer and supplier logistics processes. 
</li>
<li>Relationship building 
skills in order to build working rapport with the line and suppliers and 
problem solving skills to ensure quick resolution of items shortages to the 
line. 
</li>
<li>Requires good IT 
literacy skills. 
</li>
<li>This person would be 
seen, as a competent individual in operational supply chain activities, be able 
to support the processes, propose improvements and add value to the day-to-day running of the operation. Prefer a working 
knowledge of Export Control requirements including ITAR/EAR regulations and the 
movement of Classified equipment 
</li>
<li>Forklift Driving 
Licence desirable

<li>Valid Driving Licence

<li>Institute of Supply Chain Management Level 3, NVQ3
