<li>Assure the material are in allocated locations and inform GRN team of any physical changes of item locations.</li>
<li>Assign the warehouse man to receive, check and preserve the materials at suitable storage area.</li>
<li>Ensure the Delivery Note, GR and Issuance are timely logged in the tracker.</li>
<li>Report to supervisor &ndash; If Delivery Notes are open for more than one day in receiving tracker, MRR open for more than two days in GRN tracker, issuance is open for more than 3 days in Issue Note Tracker.</li>
<li>Assign Warehouseman to pull out all MIR materials and assist for transfer the same to end users.</li>

</div><div></div><div><b>Task and Responsibilities:</b></div>
<div><ul><li>Manages the goods receipt, issue and safe handling of all items in the warehouse, including all satellite (grab stores) stores.</li>
<li>Stock control and processing of MRP orders.</li>
<li>Arranging delivery of materials to end users as and when requested, obtaining authorizations and preparing the necessary documentation.</li>
<li>Liaise with Warehouse Manager to update receipts on the SAP module system and store materials in their correct locations.</li>
<li>Coordinate and ensure warehouse facility maintenance, other safety measures and standards.</li>
<li>Ensure materials which are delivered meets quality standards and specifications and implement quality control measures while receiving and distributing stocks.</li>
<li>Supervise the housekeeping of the warehouse and its surrounding areas.</li>
<li>Ensures and monitors the safety and security of the warehouse.</li>
<li>Offers support and guidance to the store men during monthly stock check.</li>
<li>Conduct daily TBT and fill in HIT cards, prior to any activity conducted in the warehouse.</li>
<li>Is trained to take on control of the main warehouse duties in the absence of the Warehouse Manager.</li>
