About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Academic Operations Manager who will take full ownership of our academic delivery systems. You are not just managing schedules; you are building operational excellence across programs. You will lead coordination between instructors, students, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of training programs.
You will be the driving force behind consistent academic quality, ensuring every course runs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of learner experience.

Key Responsibilities
Academic Operations Management
Oversee daily academic operations including scheduling, course delivery coordination, and resource allocation
Process Optimization
Develop and improve systems that enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and ensure consistent program execution
Team Leadership
Supervise academic coordinators and support staff, providing guidance, structure, and performance feedback
Quality Assurance
Monitor program delivery to ensure alignment with academic standards and learner expectations
Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with instructors, corporate clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution
Reporting and Analysis
Track key performance metrics and provide insights to improve academic performance and operational efficiency
What We Are Looking For
Experience
Minimum 6 years in academic operations education management or training program administration
At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Education
Bachelors degree in Education Business Administration or related field
Masters degree is an advantage
Skills
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
Experience with academic scheduling systems and reporting tools
Communication
Fluent in English
Arabic is an advantage for regional coordination
Mindset
Detail oriented and process driven
Able to balance operational efficiency with high quality learner experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR21,000.00 - QAR27,000.00 per month
