Job Summary

Quality Resource Private Limited is seeking a strategic, highly autonomous, and forward-thinking Senior SEO Specialist to lead our organic growth initiatives. In this role, you will not just manage tasks, you will completely own projects from conception to execution.

Location: Gulberg II- Lahore, Pakistan (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Slab: 60k - 120k

Job Timings: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Experience: 4-6+ years

As search behavior shifts, you will be responsible for driving organic visibility not only on traditional search engines (Google, Bing) but also across emerging AI platforms, Large Language Models (LLMs like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity), and alternative search ecosystem platforms. If you are a self-starter who thrives on ownership and stays ahead of the digital marketing curve, we want you on our team in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Ownership: Independently strategy, execute, and manage SEO campaigns for multiple projects, ensuring all deliverables align with company and client growth objectives.
• Traditional Search Engine Optimization: Maximize organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions on Google and Bing using advanced On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO strategies.
• Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Develop and implement cutting-edge strategies to ensure our brands and content are cited, recommended, and surfaced within LLM responses (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) and AI Overviews.
• Content Strategy & Optimization: Collaborating with content teams to create high-authority, information-rich content optimized for both human intent and AI retrieval systems.
• Technical SEO Mastery: Conduct deep technical audits, manage site architecture, improve Core Web Vitals, implement structured data (Schema markup), and resolve complex crawling/indexing issues.
• Multi-Platform Organic Growth: Optimize visibility on alternative search platforms relevant to the business (e.g., YouTube, App Stores, or industry-specific discovery engines).
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using advanced tools. Translate data into actionable insights to continuously refine strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 4 -6 years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of driving measurable organic growth.
• Autonomy: Proven ability to handle complex projects independently with minimal supervision.
• AI & LLM Literacy: Deep understanding of how AI search engines work, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and how to optimize content for AI visibility.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of WordPress, Framer, HTML, CSS, JavaScript SEO, server logs, schema deployment, and site speed optimization.
• Tools Proficiency: Advanced expertise in Google Analytics 4, Bing Webmaster, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEO Metrics, and emerging AI tracking tools.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear execution plans.
• Communication: Strong professional English communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively manage strategies and documentation.
