We are looking for an experienced Social Media Ads Expert The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing online ad campaigns, generating high-quality leads, and supporting the sales team to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential customers.
  • Monitor ad performance, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Identify target audiences and refine ad targeting to improve quality of leads.
  • Maintain accurate and updated lead data in CRM or spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads.
  • Research market trends and customer behavior to enhance campaign performance.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, ads management, or lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and other ad platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, and Google Sheets.
