Supply Chain Executive/Team Lead Warehouse

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, order fulfillment, and shipping to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensure stock accuracy, and develop strategies for optimal stock levels.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and train a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and health and safety guidelines within the warehouse environment.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as logistics, procurement, and sales, to align warehouse operations with overall business objectives and customer demands.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
• Equipment & Facility Maintenance: Ensure that equipment and facilities are well-maintained and in good working order.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
