Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including software engineers, architects, DevOps, QA, product, and data roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand technical requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate data in the ATS
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier technical talent
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate and streamline interview processes and feedback loops
  • Negotiate offers and support closing candidates
  • Stay current with software industry hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and market dynamics

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or technical recruiting within the software/IT industry
  • Strong understanding of software development roles, technologies, and tech stacks
  • Proven ability to hire for mid to senior-level technical positions
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a high-growth environment
