Tele Sales - Licensing & Sales Support (Freezone & Mainland)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our business setup consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our company formation and licensing services across Freezone and Mainland jurisdictions in the UAE. You will play a vital role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring a smooth client onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads to promote business setup services in UAE Freezones and Mainland.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate licensing options.
  • Follow up on leads, handle objections, and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and documentation related to company formation.
  • Maintain and update CRM with client data and sales activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for timely processing of licenses and approvals.
  • Maintain strong after-sales relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, business setup, or licensing services in the UAE (Freezone and Mainland).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Familiar with UAE company formation processes and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
