We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Telesales Specialist to enhance our client services and tenant relationships. If you are passionate about real estate and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Engage with potential clients through calls, qualify leads, and convert them into sales.
  • Sales & Client Engagement: Promote property listings, highlight key features, and build lasting client relationships.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update our CRM system regularly.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, property pricing, and competition to effectively advise clients.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of recent experience in UAE real estate telesales, coordination, administration, or customer service is highly preferred.
  • Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English; working proficiency in Arabic, French, Persian, Russian, or Dutch is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Driven Team Player: Target-driven, team-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
