Tendering Manager

  • Manage process of establishing tender and proposal
  • Analyze tender files and define the activities that need to be carried out to finalize the tender
  • Identify tender associated risks and determine mitigation actions
  • Advise tender team on bid strategy in consultation with Chief Commercial Officer
  • Ensure all technical, contractual, schedule and cost estimation and design engineering input needed to meet tender requirement is collected
  • Collaborate closely with, estimation division and with business development analyst design – and method engineer
  • Liaise with Technical and Project department on operational issues
  • Point of contact for potential and sub-contractors
  • Investigate, understand and respond to the need of internal stakeholder. Build and maintain strategically important client and contractor relations
  • Proactive serve and constructively respond to external client needs to meet business priorities.
  • Initiate and stimulate teaming: horizontal (between departments) and vertical (within the different departments) cooperation in the organization
  • Show respect, flexibility and loyalty towards colleagues throughout the organization
  • Collaborate constructively and effectively with all levels within and outside the organization orally and in writing. Actively listen and be persuasive in reasoning
  • Communicate clearly and succinctly orally and in writing Adapt oral and written communication style to the audience
  • Drive the change and innovation of the division
  • Manage conflict, solve problems and mediate between different interests of multiple stakeholders
  • Motivate and inspire colleagues to develop knowledge, skills and competencies. Provide objective and constructive feedback in an appropriate way
