Therapy Recruiter

We are seeking a Therapy Recruiter to join our growing team at PsychPlus. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with new people frequently and skilled at assessing a candidate’s potential through insightful questions. Strong organizational skills are essential to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. This role requires commitment to meeting and exceeding daily quotas for setting up interviews.

About the Role

PsychPlus is seeking a Therapy Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be proactive in sourcing and engaging candidates, skilled at assessing potential through strategic questioning, and highly organized to maintain a strong pipeline. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and a commitment to meeting daily quotas for meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for various company roles.
• Conduct interviews via phone or video calls.
• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future openings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries.
• Meet daily quotas related to Interviews/meetings.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS tools.
• High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• 1-3 years Prior US Health-care recruitment experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet quotas in a fast-paced environment.
• International Customer Support + International Sale in US market is highly preferred.

Compensation

• Salary: upto PKR 150,000 per month
• Incentives: Performance-based bonuses

Schedule:

• Weekdays: Mon-Fri 7pm to 4am PKT
• Weekends: Sat-Sun Off

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
