Upwork Bidder (2–3 Years Experience)

Hashloops Technology is a fast-growing digital agency providing custom web development, UI/UX design, mobile app development, and digital solutions to clients worldwide. We work with startups, agencies, and businesses across different industries to build modern and scalable digital products.

Responsibilities:

• Bid on Upwork daily and generate quality leads
• Write customized and winning proposals based on client requirements
• Understand project requirements and communicate effectively with clients
• Handle chat, calls, and follow-ups with potential clients
• Maintain strong client relationships for long-term collaboration
• Coordinate with the development team for accurate project understanding
• Use effective bidding strategies to increase conversion rate
• Manage Upwork profile, connects, and proposal activity efficiently
• Meet monthly lead generation and sales targets
• Research market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder
• Strong English communication and proposal writing skills
• Good understanding of Upwork bidding strategies
• Experience in generating leads for web and mobile development services
• Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
• Basic knowledge of web development services is a plus
