About the Role

We are hiring an Upwork Bidder / Proposal Specialist to work from our office. The candidate will be responsible for finding relevant projects on Upwork and submitting strong, customized proposals to bring in new clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and shortlist relevant Upwork jobs daily
• Write customized proposals based on client requirements
• Communicate professionally with clients on Upwork
• Maintain a daily tracker of proposals and responses
• Improve proposal strategy to increase conversions
• Coordinate with the team to understand services and offerings

Requirements

• Previous experience in Upwork bidding / proposal writing
• Strong English writing and communication skills
• Understanding of Upwork platform rules and best practices
• Ability to work consistently and meet daily targets
• Good organizational and reporting skills
