Job Purpose
To coordinate sales activities within the assigned geographical zone, achieve zonal sales targets, and manage a team of Territory Sales Managers
Principal Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of sales strategies for the allocated zone in accordance with NFL’s revenue targets

Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to ensure the regional revenue targets are cascaded and achieved through the Territory Sales teams
-
Track, monitor, and report on performance of the Territory Sales team to ensure targets are met within the given timeframes

Work closely with the Sales Support and Marketing team to review and develop the route-to-market strategies for the allocated zone

Regularly, track, monitor, and report on actual spend vs. budget for the zone with details of any variances

Identify, pursue, and build robust business relationships with channel partners, distributors, wholesalers and retailers across the allocated zone

Assess distributor performance on an ongoing basis and conduct visits to build and maintain relationships with the distributors

Identify and expand NFL’s presence in underserved markets within the zone using market intelligence from the Territory Sales Managers and Marketing team

Contribute to negotiations with distributors on pricing and terms of sales agreements, and monitor the implementation of the contract as per the agreed terms

Work closely with the Marketing and QIRD teams to review and analyse the performance of new and existing product categories

Conduct regular reviews with the TSMs to track and monitor individual performance of the team against the allocated targets and address any performance issues in a timely manner

Provide training, guidance, and oversight to the TSMs to ensure they operate in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures

Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor performance, and evolving consumer preferences

Prepare and submit regular management sales reports for the allocated zone

Education:
Graduate
Experience:
4-6 years relevant experience preferred.
