About the Role
Plus UAE is expanding its business setup and corporate documentation services into Saudi Arabia.
We are looking for our first key employee in Riyadh — an experienced Sales & Business Consultant who will also act as the Riyadh In-Charge.
This is not a normal sales position.
The selected candidate must be capable of developing the business from the ground up, generating revenue, meeting clients, understanding Saudi company formation requirements, coordinating documentation and gradually building the local operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business and achieve monthly sales/revenue targets.
- Consult Saudi and international clients on company formation and related corporate services.
- Handle client meetings from initial enquiry through conversion.
- Prepare proposals, follow up and close business.
- Develop relationships with businesses, consultants, partners and referral sources in Riyadh.
- Build a strong B2B client pipeline through direct sales, networking, LinkedIn, referrals and partnerships.
- Coordinate company formation and documentation requirements with the operations/support team.
- Maintain CRM records, follow-up dates, pipeline and conversion status.
- Identify new Saudi business opportunities and service requirements.
- Build referral and strategic partner networks.
- Assist Management in establishing and developing Plus UAE's Saudi operations.
- Take responsibility for the Riyadh operation until additional employees are recruited.
Mandatory Candidate Profile
We are only looking for candidates with directly relevant industry experience.
You must have:
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in Saudi business setup, company formation, corporate services, PRO services or government documentation.
- Existing knowledge of the Riyadh / Saudi business market.
- Strong B2B sales and business development capability.
- Proven experience converting enquiries into paying clients.
- Ability to independently conduct client meetings and close sales.
- Strong follow-up and ownership mentality.
- Good understanding of corporate documentation and business establishment processes.
- Professional English communication skills.
- Arabic capability is a strong advantage.
- Good working knowledge of CRM, Excel/Google Workspace and AI productivity tools.
Strong Preference
Priority will be given to candidates currently or previously working with:
- Business setup companies
- Corporate service providers
- PRO/documentation companies
- Company formation consultants
- Saudi market-entry consultancies
- Similar competitors in Riyadh or Saudi Arabia
Competitor-company experience is strongly preferred.
Revenue Responsibility
This is a target-driven revenue position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Lead Generation → Client Meeting → Consultation → Proposal → Follow-Up → Negotiation → Conversion → Documentation Coordination → Collection Support
Performance will be measured primarily by:
- Qualified opportunities generated
- Client meetings
- Proposals
- Conversion rate
- Monthly revenue / margin
- Collections
- Repeat and referral business
Compensation
Fixed Salary + Attractive Performance Commission
Commission and incentives will be directly linked to measurable sales performance and achieved targets.
For exceptional candidates with a strong client network and proven revenue capability, Plus UAE is open to discussing a stronger performance-linked compensation structure.
Who Should Not Apply

- You do not have relevant business setup / corporate services experience.
- Your background is only general retail or B2C sales.
- You require extensive training before independently meeting clients.
- You have never carried or achieved revenue targets.
- You are looking only for an administrative position.
- You are uncomfortable being accountable for business development and branch-level responsibilities.

This position can grow into a larger Saudi Sales & Operations leadership role as the business expands.
