Description and Requirements
1. Assist in preparation, revision, filing and distribution of QMS documents (quality manual, procedure documents, forms, SOPs), ensure document validity and version control
2. Support internal audit, management review, customer audit and third‑party certification audit: prepare audit checklists, collect evidence, sort audit records, track and verify closure of non‑conformities.
3. Follow up Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) raised from audits, customer complaints and internal quality deviations, collect evidence and verify completion status.
4. Compile quality‑related records, statistics and simple quality reports; archive quality documents and audit records systematically.
5. Co‑ordinate with production, engineering, procurement and other departments to promote system requirements implementation; organize basic quality‑system‑related training as assigned.
6. Assist to sort out customer quality requirements, fill in audit checklists and customer‑required quality questionnaires.
7. Complete other quality‑system‑related tasks assigned by supervisor.
