Graphic Designer – Multimedia Animation

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer – Multimedia Animation to join our team in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, animation, video editing, and digital content creation, with a passion for visual storytelling and brand communication.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality creative content across digital, social media, web, corporate, marketing, and print platforms, while maintaining consistent brand identity and visual standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality graphics, motion graphics, animations, and visual content for digital and print media.
- Develop creative multimedia content for marketing campaigns, websites, social media platforms, corporate videos, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Create animations for:
- Logos
- Infographics
- Presentations
- Product demonstrations
- Social media content
- UI/UX elements
- Corporate and promotional videos
- Edit and enhance video and audio content to produce professional and engaging final deliverables.
- Develop creative concepts and visual stories based on marketing and communication requirements.
- Adapt and optimize creative assets for different platforms, including web, mobile, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Sales, and other internal teams to understand creative requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
- Maintain consistency with corporate branding, design guidelines, typography, layouts, and visual identity.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Organize and maintain design files, source files, templates, and multimedia assets.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, animation techniques, multimedia technologies, AI tools, and creative software.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve the company's digital presence and visual communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Animation, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia, motion graphics, or animation.
- UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe InDesign
- Working knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 2D/3D animation software will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals, typography, colour theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and branding.
- Strong knowledge of motion graphics, animation principles, video editing, and digital content production.
- Ability to create engaging visual content for multiple digital platforms.
- Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality.
- Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a creative team.
Portfolio Requirement
A diverse and up-to-date portfolio is mandatory.
The portfolio should demonstrate strong experience in:

- Visual Storytelling
Candidates without a relevant portfolio may not be considered.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with 3D modelling and animation.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted creative and design tools.
- Experience creating content for corporate and B2B brands.
- Experience working with architectural, construction, engineering, real estate, or other technical industries will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and short-form video formats.
- Ability to create professional Reels, promotional videos, animated presentations, and digital campaigns.
