HRCONSOL – Redefining HR Solutions is looking for dynamic and experienced HR professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support international HR operations and employee lifecycle management across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage international HR processes including onboarding, documentation, employee records, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with overseas teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery and employee support.
  • Maintain and update HRMS data; assist in HR reporting and analytics.
  • Handle employee queries with professionalism and timely resolution.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and documentation standards.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in core HR functions.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, documentation, and HRMS.
  • Preference: Exposure to US, UK, or UAE HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured, and collaborative environment.

Location: DHA – Karachi
Salary Range: PKR 120,000 – 150,000 (based on experience)
