Job Purpose Summary
The Account Executive is responsible for driving new business opportunities and supporting customer growth within the medical device manufacturing market. This role will spend the majority of time performing inside sales activities—prospecting, qualifying leads, developing proposals, and managing customer relationships remotely—while also participating in targeted field activities, including onsite customer visits, key account meetings, and industry trade shows.
What you will do- Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, research, and lead follow-up.
- Manage ongoing communication with current and prospective customers, ensuring responsive, value-driven interactions.
- Build and maintain a detailed sales pipeline, tracking opportunities across manufacturing services and reporting on progress.
- Prepare proposals, support pricing activities, and assist in contract coordination.
- Conduct market and account research to understand customer needs, competitive dynamics, and opportunity sizing.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Program Management, and Quality teams to support quoting, feasibility reviews, and customer onboarding.
- Participate in select field activities, including customer site visits, strategic account meetings, and industry trade shows, to support relationship building and deal progression.
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM records to support forecasting, reporting, and account strategy execution.
- Capture Voice of Customer insights and relay market feedback to internal teams to support product and capability development.
What you will need- 3+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience; medical device, contract manufacturing, or technical sales experience preferred.
- Strong phone, virtual selling, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex manufacturing solutions clearly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities and move deals through the sales cycle.
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel for targeted customer visits and industry events (approx. 10–25%).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn technical product and manufacturing capabilities

Corza Medical offers a competitive benefits package including medical, 401K, vacation and sick time, paternal leave and other benefits.A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this role is $70,000 - 100,000 (salary + commission).
