About the Role:
Are you a dynamic sales professional who thrives on building relationships and driving results? JA The Resort is seeking a Cluster Sales Manager to lead our group, corporate, and MICE sales efforts. In this role, you will manage key accounts, secure new business, and deliver exceptional client experiences that set us apart.

What You ll Do:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate, MICE, and group accounts.
  • Negotiate and oversee high-value group and event contracts.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and represent JA at networking events.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and adjust sales strategies to maximize opportunities.

What We re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in MICE, corporate, or group sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of local and regional markets is an advantage.
