HR Executive – Gulshan-e-Iqbal Branch

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Male HR Executive to join our Gulshan-e-Iqbal branch. The ideal candidate will be skilled in recruitment, employee relations, and daily HR operations, while maintaining a productive and positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process, including job postings, screening, shortlisting, and interviews.
• Maintain accurate employee data such as attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
• Assist in employee evaluations, performance monitoring, and policy enforcement.
• Prepare and manage HR letters, memos, and reports.
• Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution.
• Coordinate with the Accounts Department for payroll and benefits processing.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor regulations.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or a related field).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR Executive or a similar HR role.
• Gender: Male only
• Age: 25 years or above

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional, proactive, and team-oriented approach.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: Rs. 75,000 – 150,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
• Allowances: Food, Medical, and Conveyance
• Incentives: Performance-based bonuses

Work Schedule

• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
