- Fiscal Oversight: Manage the annual HR budget across engagement, training, and onboarding; ensure all activities align with business financial systems.
- Change Management: Facilitate structural reorganizations and role transitions to deliver operational efficiencies.
Performance, Talent Management & Engagement
- Succession Planning: Identify key talent and develop robust succession plans and retention strategies for critical positions -– Proficiency in Using 9 Box Matrix Potential & Performance ratings
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full employee journey from high-impact induction to effective exit management, ensuring a culture of meritocracy.
- Efficiently manage Employee Relations (ER) issues and grievances within the scope of LMG consequence management guidelines.
- Talent Development: Partner with the Training department to deliver initiatives that bridge skill gaps and motivate high-potential employees.
- Compensation & Job Evaluation: Driving and ensuring transparent, performance-linked rewards that recognize and retain best people.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of happiness and wellbeing by launching high-impact engagement initiatives and using people analytics to measure their real-world impact on team morale and productivity.
People Analytics & Process Excellence
- Data-Driven Insights: Derive and present strategic reports and HR dashboards to senior stakeholders, analyzing metrics to improve business efficiencies.
- Engagement Metrics: Focus on measuring employee engagement within Centrepoint business roles and take necessary actions for improvement.
- Governance: Ensure 100% compliance with HR policies, localization targets (Emiratization), and statutory labor regulations.
