Product Manager Digital Growth

Design and optimize self-service digital journeys across all customer touch points
Deliver seamless, scalable, and data-driven digital solutions
Build and run the capabilities for adoption & migration from branch to digital channels
Developing seamless digital journeys to minimize clicks to real time conversion.
Maintain a prioritised backlog; lead agile ceremonies for a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, and compliance
Work closely with Engineering, Compliance, and Marketing to launch features and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Ensure all capabilities comply with the latest SBP regulations for Digital Retail Banks (DRB).
