Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance sales and profitability.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Manage inventory, vendor relations, and cost control effectively.
Handle customer relations, complaints, and operational challenges proactively.

Requirements:

Male & Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management.
Expertise in Continental, Japanese, or Chinese cuisine is preferred.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and restaurant operations efficiently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
