Sales Manager (BPO)

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with 5-8 years of proven expertise in boosting sales, implementing CRM systems, and managing inbound/outbound chat support as well as email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategies and customer relationship management, with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Implement and optimize CRM tools to manage leads, customer data, and sales pipelines effectively.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via chat support, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Design, coordinate, and monitor email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
  • Analyze sales performance data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service to build long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, CRM implementation progress, and campaign results for management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales, CRM implementation, inbound/outbound chat support, and email marketing.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
