We are looking for a People Technology Manager (Integrations) to drive projects and implement solutions at scale to simplify work, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize business processes. In this role, you will be a key driver of Agoda&rsquo;s People Technology strategy, owning critical integrations and automations that directly impact every employee&rsquo;s experience.  In This Role, You'll Get To
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Lead a team of SMEs to drive People Technology integration projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own and lead Agoda&rsquo;s payroll integration roadmap, shaping how core HR and payroll systems work together across countries and products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strategize Agoda&rsquo;s Workday integration roadmap by scaling solutions, driving continuous improvements, and assessing platform readiness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead integration design strategy using Workday and other tools, integrating with platforms such as Zendesk, Greenhouse, Oracle, and other components of the Agoda tech stack.
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize existing automated solutions to improve efficiency and create leaner processes.

 Partner closely with key business stakeholders (Payroll, FinSys, People Technology, BI Dev) to assess technology needs and feasibility, align priorities, manage timelines, and drive end-to-end delivery from design through testing and deployment.

 Explore creative and out-of-the-box solutions to solve complex business problems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement, test, and launch major system enhancements, ensuring quality, stability, and a smooth change experience for end users.

 Collaborate with solutions and engineering teams to design and implement custom applications and tools that extend Workday and the broader People Tech ecosystem.

 Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing best practices and elevating the overall technical capabilities of the team.

 Lead system-related training and demos for Agoda employees and People Team end users, driving adoption of new tools, features, and ways of working.

 </ul>
 
 What You'll Need to Succeed:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum +8 years of hands-on Workday Integrations experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing and leading a team
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record leading technical implementations for payroll integration rollouts, specifically using PECI
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong expertise with Workday integration and reporting tools, including Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, BIRT, RaaS, and REST/SOAP API-based integrations
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid knowledge of Workday Core HCM and other key functional/technical areas, such as Business Processes, Security, and system configuration
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of integration design patterns, error handling, and Workday data models
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, proactively identifying and resolving edge cases, dependencies, and potential risks
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong team player with a high sense of ownership, bringing subject-matter expertise while collaborating to solve complex issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvements to simplify processes, increase scalability, and reduce operational complexity

 As a Workday Talent &amp; Performance Specialist, you will serve as the primary expert in this domain, providing strategic guidance, advising on best practices, designing, configuring and rolling out projects.  Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end performance review cycles, including template design, eligibility rules, rating scales, competencies, and workflows

 <li>
 Strong experience configuring and supporting calibration sessions, including calibration setup, participant security, and facilitation readiness
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in Advanced Reporting and Calculated Fields, with the ability to build complex, cross-domain reports

 The primary functions of an AFE is to manage the spares movement inbound and outbound the warehouse, resolution of minor incidents that are raised by our customers and assisting on parts deliveries to Field Engineers &amp; Service Partner Engineers onsite. Incidents and changes can be related to Servers, tape libraries/drives, storage devices, printers, and various other pieces of equipment.
