Qualifications

Collaborate with benefits team including benefits administration, enrollments, changes and communications.</li><li>
Monitor onboarding and offboarding data for accuracy and reporting consistency.</li><li>
Manage and track leaves of absence and compliance requirements under multi-state laws.
</li><li>Maintain colleague records and data integrity within the Human Resources information systems.</li><li>
Support the development of internal communications that support leadership and colleague communications and updates.
</li><li>Maintain People intranet.
</li><li>Maintain HRIS system and updates.</li><li>
Support the development of HR Analytic dashboards that inform people first decision making.
</li><li>Respond to employee engagement inquiries and related HR policies and procedures.
</li><li>Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
</li><li>Support entry level employee relations and investigations.
</li><li>Analyze processes and recommend continuous improvements within the employee life cycle.
</li><li>Coordinate and plan HR initiatives including open enrollment, new business onboarding and employee recognition.
</li><li>Support the administration portion of safety strategies.</li><li>
Support administrative tasks for virtual colleagues.
</li><li>Manage multi-state DMV pull program.
</li><li>Support timely processing of invoices for vendor partners.
</li><li>Develop and support internal job description repository and updates.
</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.
</li></ul>Requirements: 
Required Skills and Qualification<ul><li>
5+ years of related HR or administrative experience ideally in fast paced customer centric environment.
</li><li>Associate or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in administration or human resources. HR Certification a plus.
</li><li>Employee lifecycle experience preferred.</li><li>
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written.
</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>
Problem solving and influencing skills.
</li><li>Comfortable making independent decisions and exercising managerial courage.
</li><li>Working knowledge of Human Resources practices and procedures.
</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
</li><li>Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws within a multi-state company environment.
</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and HRIS systems.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities and daily demands.</li><li>
2 + years of Project Management skills</li><li>
Strong leadership with the ability to provide basic guidance to leaders related to people practices.
</li><li>Bilingual Spanish Preferred</li></ul>
Travel and Hybrid Work:
