</li><li>Collaborate with architects, engineers, and landscape teams to develop integrated and sustainable design solutions.
</li><li>Conduct research, benchmarking, and precedent studies to inform project development.
</li><li>Ensure all work complies with UAE authority codes, standards, and submission requirements.
</li><li>Stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies, applying them where relevant.
</li></ul><p><b>Requirements:
</b></p><ul><li>Degree in Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
</li><li>Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with strong exposure to projects in the UAE/Middle East.
</li><li>Strong urban design and landscape design skills, with the ability to integrate both disciplines.
</li><li>Proficiency in design and visualization tools (AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Revit, or GIS).
</li><li>Good understanding of master planning regulations and approval processes in the UAE.
</li><li>Excellent graphic, hand sketching, and presentation skills.
</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary environments.
