<ul><li>3+ years of experience leading B2B SaaS sales teams outside of the home market, ideally including Eastern Europe or the Alps.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Enterprise B2B sales cycles (300k/ARR+).</li>
<li>A proven track record of developing high-performing teams in similar high-growth, Data, AI, Cloud or SaaS/Tech companies, consistently exceeding ambitious sales goals</li>
<li>Focus and emphasis in methodology-based sales coaching, MEDDPICC, and a challenger mentality</li>
<li>Comfortable managing and working with data-enabled: pipeline, forecasts, conversion rates, and deal health.</li>
<li>A strong executive presence with top-tier communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with the C-suite.</li>
<li>Able to balance structure and pragmatism in a fast-moving scale-up environment.</li>
<li>Excellent Turkish (spoken and written) and great English skills.</li>

</li><li>Implement UPM pricing, commercial, and service level policies and document individual customer agreements
