Job Description 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Understanding of retail landscape and category mix</li><li>
Acquire new clients with healthy commercials in their respective zones.</li><li>
Function as the main contact person for the city-wide Client Accounts.</li><li>
Development and maintenance of strong and trustworthy relationships with all Accounts in the portfolio.</li><li>
Analysis and identification of upcoming needs and opportunities.</li><li>
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.</li><li>
Responsible for MoM Growth of all assigned Accounts.</li><li>
Clearly communicate the progress of Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>
Prepare reports on Commercial Metrics, Operational Metrics, Product Mix, Marketing Campaigns etc.</li><li>
Forecast and track key account Metrics (e.g. monthly &amp; quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).</li><li>
Responsible for designing exclusive marketing campaigns, partnerships &amp; co branding activities.</li><li>
Support cross functional teams in delivering the strategy by facilitating communication of lessons learned, resolving urgent issues, lining up appropriate group level support and deploying processes &amp; tools.</li><li>

Requirements<ul><li>
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant.</li><li>
You have a good understanding of the retail landscape of Pakistan.</li><li>
Has an acute sense of responsibility and can take full ownership of the function.</li><li>
You have at least 2 - 3 years&rsquo; experience in the relevant field.</li><li>
You are process-oriented and data-driven</li><li>
Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents</li><li>
Your knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector is solid</li><li>
You are driven and ambitious.</li><li>
You are very proactive and could lead independent projects.</li><li>
Has the ability to perform root cause analysis and build process flows.</li><li>

Job Description 
As a key member of our regional shops team, you will drive commercial success across our three brands foodpanda, foodora, and yemeksepeti.
We are expanding our business into new verticals and the opportunities are endless. The Sales department is in charge of partnering with the retailers that want to sell their products through our marketplace. Should we get into this new segment? Should we extend our offer to that neighbourhood? How can we do it faster and more efficiently? As the Shops Sales Strategist, you will be responsible for using data to draw insights and developing a sales strategy framework on how to offer the best supply to our customers across the 16 markets. This role will focus on analysing supply acquisition performance and designing scalable sales strategies to improve offering strength across markets.
In this role, you will:<ul><li>
Support the development of regional prioritisation framework to improve Shops Offering performance, through targeted vendor acquisition and supply quality optimisation</li><li>
Analyse historical acquisition performance to identify root causes of the score fluctuations and quantify acquisition impact</li><li>
Support development of vendor prioritisation criteria to guide acquisition of high-quality partners</li><li>
Assist in defining execution guidelines and success merics for effective strategy implementations by local teams</li><li>
Develop scalable sales tools and tracking framework, and support pilot implementation across markets</li><li>
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Product, Logistics, Operations and Analytics to improve the shops offering holistically</li></ul> 
Qualifications<ul><li> 
2+ years of experience in business analytics / commercial planning / marketplace growth, in fast-paced environments (startups, top consulting firms, top digital companies, FMCG, retailers);</li><li>
A problem-solving mindset: you enjoy finding smart and elegant solutions to complex, multi-disciplinary problems;</li><li>
A strong commercial knowledge: you are able to translate data into commercial insights and conduct root cause analysis</li><li>
A data-driven mentality: you make decisions based on data and you are not afraid of making business judgments when necessary.</li><li>
Comfortable working with large datasets using SQL or similar tools;</li><li>
