 Requirements

 3&ndash;5 years experience as a Marketing Analyst/Business Analyst in SaaS, Fintech, or B2B organizations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with product analytics and journey tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap, or Userpilot.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with CRM &amp; marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Clevertap).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) will be an added advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of marketing funnels, CAC, ROI, attribution models, retention frameworks, and customer lifecycle metrics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills to translate complex data into clear business insights for leadership.
