<div><div>Required Qualifications:</div><div><ul><li> Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SAP FI consulting experience, with expertise in both ECC and S/4HANA environments.</li><li> Strong knowledge of Turkish localization, including tax configuration, statutory reporting, and legal compliance.</li><li> Proven experience with Turkey e-Transformation solutions: e-Invoice, e-Ledger, e-Archive, and e-Waybill.</li><li> Deep understanding of core FI areas: GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Banking, and Closing activities.</li><li> Hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP localization or S/4HANA global roll-out implementations.</li><li> Solid understanding of accounting principles and alignment with IFRS/local GAAP.</li><li> Experience with integrations across SAP CO, MM, SD, PP, HR, QM, and third-party systems.</li><li> Ability to lead workshops, design solutions, and deliver high-quality configurations.</li><li> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative mindset.</li><li> Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.</li><li> Ability to work independently and collaboratively within global teams.</li><li> Bachelor&rsquo;s or higher degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li> SAP FI or SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is a strong advantage.</li><li> Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.</li><li> Eagerness to learn and apply new technologies and innovations.</li></ul></div><div>
Key Responsibilities:</div><div><ul><li> Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate financial and accounting requirements.</li><li> Design and implement SAP FI solutions aligned with Turkish localization, statutory compliance, and business needs.</li><li> Participate in business workshops, contributing to Fit-to-Standard analysis and identifying GAPs for localization requirements.</li><li> Configure SAP FI processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and local statutory processes.</li><li> Ensure full compliance with Turkish e-Transformation requirements, including e-Invoice, e-Ledger, e-Archive, and e-Waybill integrations.</li><li> Provide expertise in Treasury Management processes and related financial operations.</li><li> Demonstrate strong understanding of cross-module integration with SAP CO, MM, SD, PP, HR, and QM modules.</li><li> Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user training materials.</li><li> Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, assist business users, and resolve defects within project timelines.</li><li> Deliver post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations to optimize SAP FI processes.</li><li> Facilitate workshops, present solutions, and guide business stakeholders through best-practice financial processes.</li><li> Collaborate effectively with both onshore and offshore teams during project implementation and support phases.</li></ul>
