 The Manager, Human Resources (Management Path) is primarily responsible for partnering with managers and associates to deliver core HR services, ensuring optimal HR processes and associate experience.  This position partners with managers and associates to deliver core HR services. Ensures an optimal management of HR processes and associate experience, with a focus on people and culture.

Delivers annual people processes; has in-depth knowledge of local talent, and provides coaching to managers to help them accelerate talent readiness. The Manager, HR brings a deep understanding of local business needs. Contributes HR point of view into business issues and supports diagnostic interventions to deliver local solutions.
 
 
 Collaborates on a regular basis with HR COEs and HR Services on design and execution of solutions and service delivery to clients.
