 Overview Of The Role
 
 
 
 The Branch Accountant plays a key role in supporting the branch&rsquo;s financial operations by ensuring accurate invoicing, effective receivables follow-up, strong cash controls, and timely financial reporting. This role helps maintain compliance with company policies and supports smooth day-to-day coordination across sales, operations, and finance.

 Manage invoicing for units and validate sales order conditions, including discount checks, subsidy approvals, and gate pass issuance.

 Perform regular follow-up on accounts receivable, review recovery accounts, and support the calculation of provisions.

 Create SMC contracts with billing plans and provide timely information for general ledger updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain petty cash records, process petty cash claims, and follow up on outstanding IOUs.

Overview of the role 
The Junior Branch Accountant plays a key role in supporting the finance function by managing daily cash transactions, recording accounting entries, performing reconciliations, and assisting with administrative accounting tasks. This role ensures accuracy, compliance with company policies, and timely financial reporting, while coordinating closely with sales, service, and parts operations in an automotive environment.
