<ul><li>Manages the IDFG Fisheries Bureau's support staff work unit.
</li><li>Provides administrative support and coordination for all Fisheries Bureau activities.

</li><li>Responds to inquiries and explains department services, policies, procedures, and rationale for decisions to customers.
