What You&rsquo;ll Do

As an Administrative Assistant, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in the daily rhythm of our office, including:

<li>Serve as the friendly face and voice of the company by answering incoming calls and greeting visitors.</li>
<li>Support office operations by managing reception duties and closing the front office at 4:30 p.m.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records by verifying acknowledgements and updating vendor catalogs in our database.</li>
<li>Assist with registering O&amp;M requests, warranties, and closeout documentation.</li>
<li>Prepare, proof, and send professional submittals and correspondence to customers.</li>
<li>Create and organize job files to support the engineering team.</li>
<li>Lend a hand with additional administrative tasks such as processing FedEx shipments, certified mail, and end-of-month file purging.</li>
</ul>

As a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison with CPS Solutions, LLC, you will engage directly with patients to coordinate pharmacy services through the health system's specialty and retail pharmacy. Primary Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Explain the benefits of specialty pharmacy services to patients and support their participation in the program</li><li>
Assist with enrolling patients into the specialty pharmacy program</li><li>
Complete benefits investigations, prior authorizations, and financial assistance tasks to help ensure patients can access prescribed medications</li><li>
Coordinate with pharmacy team members to support accurate and timely processing of patient orders</li><li>
Provide direct patient support through outbound adherence and refill reminder calls and assist with inbound patient inquiries</li><li>

</h2>The Associate Creative Director (ACD) will support the development, execution, and stewardship of the university&rsquo;s brand through compelling creative work across print, digital, multimedia, advertising, and campus communications. Working within the Communications or Marketing unit, the ACD collaborates with writers, designers, videographers, photographers and campus partners to produce strategic, high-quality creative that elevates the institution&rsquo;s visibility, enhances student recruitment, and strengthens stakeholder engagement.
