Position Summary:
The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, assisting with food service, and providing excellent guest service. The ideal candidates will have bartending experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a strong focus on guest satisfaction, responsible alcohol service, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Prepare and serve beverages to members according to recipes and special requests.</li><li>
Serve food to guests in the bar area.</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.</li><li>
Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies.</li><li>
Engage with members and guests, making recommendations and discussing specials.</li><li>
Provide service for club events, including setup, execution, and takedown.</li><li>
Handle cash and member accounts using the Club's Point of Sale (POS) system.</li><li>
Ensure excellent service in all areas, including the bar top, dining spaces, and golf simulator area.</li><li>
Adhere to alcohol service regulations and ensure responsible service.</li><li>
Assist with opening and closing duties.</li><li>
Assist with food runner and busser duties as needed.</li><li>
Support a team-oriented atmosphere and embrace feedback for growth.</li></ul>
Requirements:

Qualifications:<ul><li>
Minimum 1 year of bartending experience.</li><li>
Must be at least 18 years of age.</li><li>
Must possess or obtain a Wisconsin Responsible Beverage Server Certificate and Operator&rsquo;s License.</li><li>
Demonstrated knowledge of, and compliance with, all applicable health regulations and liquor laws.</li><li>
ServSafe certification preferred.</li><li>
Strong multitasking and communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide outstanding guest service.</li></ul>
Physical Demands and Work Environment:<ul><li>
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.</li><li>
Ability to stand for long periods and bend, stoop, and climb as needed during the shift.</li><li>
Safely use and operate bar equipment, including lifting beer kegs and CO2 tanks.</li></ul></div>

Parker John's BBQ &amp; Pizza in Green Bay is currently looking for servers to join their team
Positivity, high energy, and friendliness are all it takes. We will set you up for success through our server training program. With multiple opportunities under one roof, we provide cross training on catering, hosting, delivery driving and bartending (18 years of age or older for delivery, bartending, and serving). We have over 100 weddings booked this summer to help cater and make some amazing money if you want to be a part of your catering team or you can just serve in the restaurant or you can do a little of both.
We offer a great work culture with an emphasis on going above and beyond our guests expectations. If this sounds like an environment that you can contribute to, please apply! We have flexible scheduling that can work around your full-time job, but you will need to be available some dinners as well, weekly payroll, cash tips every day, and sections that stay full for most of your shift. Hourly Salary is an estimate based on tips. Your actual hourly pay, inclusive of your tips, could well exceed $30/hour.
You will need to be available on Saturday &amp; Sundays Dinners otherwise your application will be rejected.
