 JOB PURPOSE:
 
 
 
 To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Office of Academic Integrity (OAI) and assist with the day-to-day running of the office.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Head of OAI.
 </li>
 <li>
 Receive all completed academic integrity reports submitted by instructors or proctors along with the supportive evidence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Check if all received reports are filled out appropriately and if all documentation pertinent to the report is complete.
 </li>
 <li>
 Forward all alleged academic integrity violation reports to the Head of OAI.
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule meetings with students, Academic Integrity Committees, etc. (arrangement of the above includes, preparing agendas and taking minutes).
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on the implementation of the decisions made by the Academic Integrity Committees and Academic Integrity Appeal Committee.
 </li>
 <li>
 Receive written statements from students who filed appeals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain up-to-date filing system for both hard copies and electronic files of Academic Integrity violation cases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Carry out other administrative OAI-related tasks, such as assisting in exam proctoring schedule, preparing BRFs, calling students to attend AI workshops, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Address students&rsquo; concern regarding an academic integrity issue at Al Ain Campus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in proctoring arrangements, examination-related processes, and all other matters pertaining to academic integrity at Al Ain Campus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with any administrative issues as directed by the Head of OAI and the Dean of COE.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting selected COE operations at AA Campus.
 </li>

 Minimum Educational Qualifications Required for the Role:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any discipline

 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or a related field

<ul><li>Gathers statistics and general data; reviews and combines this information into established reports for use within and outside the unit. May develop new reports or revise existing reports, as directed. Such reports may be in spreadsheet or graphical formats, or narrative style.
</li><li>May be responsible for verifying data gathered, such as matching supplier invoices against file copies. Distributes reports as directed by immediate supervisor.
</li><li>Originates correspondence and reports not requiring the personal attention of immediate supervisor.
</li><li>Answers telephone, taking and relaying messages. Receives, sorts, and distributes mail.
</li><li>May establish and maintain records of equipment, including a log of equipment service dates. May initiate requests for service.
</li><li>May obtain basic data for completion of the unit's overhead budget and prepare associated recurring reports. May produce preliminary reconciliation as appropriate.
</li><li>May coordinate physical space requirements for the assigned unit. Initiates requests for PCs and telephones, and updates Corporate Directory as appropriate.
</li><li>May periodically prepare an occupancy report by project or gather information to complete staffing reports for the unit and/or several projects, as directed by immediate supervisor.
