The Security Administration Officer is responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative and operational support functions within the Gulf Air Headquarters Security Department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
Administrative &amp; Operational Management<ul><li>
Manage all aspects of the security staff shift roster, including annual, sick, and compassionate leave applications, time &amp; attendance reporting, and duty travel.</li><li>
Manage the administration and workflow of the GF Headquarters Security Department to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>
Perform administrative duties for the Senior Manager Security and department managers with significant autonomy and decision-making authority.</li><li>
Prepare minutes of monthly HDQ security staff meetings and follow up on action items.</li><li>
Arrange duty travel for department officers, including visas, hotel bookings, and flight reservations, often at short notice.</li><li>
Organize and maintain adequate stock of stationery and office supplies for the department.</li><li>
Perform any other security administration tasks assigned by the Senior Manager Security or nominated deputy.</li><li>

Prepare and arrange distribution of the Gulf Air Security Program to stations across the network. 
Reporting &amp; Invoicing</li><li>
Manage, review, and cross-check all security-related invoices and telephone bills with the Senior Manager Security.</li><li>
Manage, review, and submit monthly screening checks reports to the UK Embassy.</li><li>
Distribute monthly departmental reports to HR Payroll (lost IDs, traffic violations, etc.).</li><li>
Prepare and distribute quarterly Crew Member Certificate reports to BCAA (lost, damaged, retired). 
Records &amp; Confidential Information Management</li><li>
