Main Responsibilities</b></p><br>

Main Responsibilities</b></p><br>

Respond immediately to acrylonitrile toxic gas alarms in the central control room; verify conditions with on-site hydration personnel and report findings to the team leader.<br>

Monitor fermentation tank temperature and ambient air temperature; provide operational direction to fermentation staff to ensure all control points remain within specified limits.<br>
</li><li>
Adjust hydration reaction temperature and acrylonitrile feed based on process conditions; coordinate with hydration operators to maintain proper reaction control.<br>

Monitor fermentation liquid storage temperature and tank levels (pure water tank, fermentation liquid tank, washing liquid tank, filtrate tank, dilute tank, etc.); communicate with field operators to maintain normal ranges.<br>

 Operate all equipment strictly in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li><li><br>
