To supervise and ensure that Lowes Foods guest service, merchandising programs, and departmental operations are maintained in the beef shoppe/seafood department to achieve maximum sales. <b>Responsibilities:</b><br>
1. Ensures all guests receive polite, friendly greetings and interactions from the Beef Shoppe staff. Creates a selling environment through the use of selling skills.
<br>2. Achieves budgeted sales, supply/wrap, shrink, and gross profits for the Beef Shoppe and seafood departments.
<br>3. Prepare products for sale (meat cutting, slicing, trimming, wrapping, weighing, and pricing) according to Lowes Foods Standards.
<br>4. Maintains the desired level of inventory and supplies for the Beef Shoppe and seafood departments. Ensures in stock conditions through proper ordering.
<br>5. Operates the department according to merchandising and operational programs and guidelines.
<br>6. Maintains high quality and freshness with products available for sale. Ensures all products are in date.
<br>7. Maintains safety and sanitation standards in all areas that come in contact with meat/seafood and in the prep areas, coolers, freezers, and sales floor.
<br>8. Provides guidance, orientation, training, and feedback to the Beef Shoppe and seafood department staff to ensure Beef Shoppe hosts achieve satisfactory performance standards and guest interaction.
<br>9. Performs product preparation, receiving, stocking, and guest service as necessary to achieve standards.
<br>10. Maintains the department's labor budget and ensures that optimal hours are scheduled for the department to maximize sales and guest service.
<br>11. Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

1. Should possess good interpersonal skills, effective selling skills, and have an outgoing personality.

Summary:</p><p>

<div><div><b>Position Summary</b></div>
<div>The Executive Assistant provides high-level professional administrative support to the Vice Provost for Global Affairs and Chief Global Officer at UNC-Chapel Hill. The Executive Assistant serves as the direct link and first point-of-contact to the Vice Provost and is responsible for a wide range of tasks, including prioritization and coordination of the Vice Provost&rsquo;s calendar, travel arrangements, expenses, event support, and communications. The Executive Assistant demonstrates excellent professionalism, diplomacy and discretion, and ensures that all matters are handled in a sensitive, organized, confidential and timely manner.<br>

This position requires close attention and responsiveness to the administrative needs of the Vice Provost and regular consultation regarding current and emerging priorities. Using excellent judgment, the Executive Assistant brings critical issues to the Vice Provost&rsquo;s immediate attention and reroutes some issues to other areas for handling as needed.<br>

The Executive Assistant draws upon a comprehensive knowledge of University systems and operations to ensure accurate and efficient support to the Vice Provost, as well as smooth and appropriate interfaces with other offices and individuals at the University.<br>

The fast-paced and high-profile nature of this office requires the Executive Assistant to maintain composure under pressure and possess an exceptional ability to multi-task. The Executive Assistant is organized, detail-oriented, and meets deadlines without fail. Requires public contact at the highest levels internal and external to the organization.</div>

<div><div><b>Minimum Education and Experience Requirements</b></div>
<div>High school diploma or equivalency and three years of progressively responsible administrative/office management experience; or Associate&rsquo;s degree in secretarial science, business administration, or a related discipline and one year of progressively responsible administrative/office management experience ; or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree, preferably in business administration or a related discipline; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.</div>

The Mohs Medical/Surgical Assistant is to provide assistance to medical doctors in both surgical and medical settings. Provide safe, knowledgeable, compassionate individualized care to all patients. Responsible for the following:<br>

<b>Job Responsibilities</b>:</div>
</div><ul><li>Serve as a patient advocate during patient exam, surgery and treatment</li>
<li>Review medical history an confirm purpose of visit</li>
<li>Escort patient to exam or surgical room</li>
<li>Review and obtain surgical informed consent with the patient prior to their procedure</li>
<li>Take appropriate photographs</li>
<li>Obtain and record patients' medical history, medications, allergies, vital signs and test results in an Electronic Health Record (EHR)</li>
<li>Prepare and set up sterile surgical tray</li>
<li>Prepare patient for Mohs surgery, including prepping the area, properly numb by local anesthetics as directed by the physician, and preparing instruments for surgery</li>
<li>Collect blood, tissue or other laboratory specimens, log the specimens, and prepare them for testing</li>
<li>Provide patient care and help assist physician during surgical procedure as directed</li>
<li>Educate and provide post wound care instructions to patient</li>
<li>Under physician direction, authorize drug refills, enter prescription information into the EHR, and provide prescription information to pharmacies</li>
<li>Scribe surgical and office visits</li>
<li>Sterilize surgical instruments and operate autoclave</li>
<li>Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations, keeping the rooms organized and clean</li>
<li>Disposes of infection waste and biohazard materials</li>
<li>Provide adequate safety precautions</li>
<li>Schedule appointments and coordinate any additional care</li>
<li>Change wound dressing</li>
<li>Accept triage phone calls from patients and document</li>
<li>Perform suture removals</li>
<li>Notify patient of all results</li>
<li>Inventory and assess the need for instruments, sutures, medical supplies and equipment</li>
<li>Perform accurate documentation of all procedures</li>
<li>Respond to emergency situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocols</li>
<li>Performs medical assistant duties as required for non-Mohs patients, as part of the dermatology practice</li>
