 The Residences (Assistant) Manager plays a key role in the seamless daily operation of the residential community. This position is responsible for owner relations, project coordination, and ensuring the highest level of personalized service for residential owners.

About Four Seasons Istanbul Private Residences
The Four Seasons Private Residences are situated right where the districts of Ulus, Etiler and Levent converge, at the heart of a location which pulses with life and culture.
History and future, contemporary and traditional civilization, and art and pop culture all come together in one place, as the region showcases the city&rsquo;s most upscale shopping districts, renowned culinary destinations, and dynamic entertainment options. The Etiler neighbourhood of the Besiktas district, is one of the most prestigious and exclusive residential areas of Istanbul located on the European side of the Bosphorus.
The property will be spread over multiple low-rise buildings, consisting of 82 apartments, in the range from 1-6 bedrooms. Operated by Four Seasons, the homeowners experience best in class amenities including a Bar-Lounge Area, Meeting Room, Kid&rsquo;s Playroom, Golf Simulator, Cinema, Pool, and Fitness/Spa facilities.
As part of the residence team in a Four Seasons standalone residential property, you will have a unique opportunity to continue to define and establish the operating model for standalone Four Seasons Private Residences.
As the leader in branded residences, Four Seasons currently operates 53 residential properties in 21 countries and majority of the projects in our pipeline contain a residential component.
Assistant Residences Manager
The Residences (Assistant) Manager plays a key role in the seamless daily operation of the residential community. This position is responsible for owner relations, project coordination, and ensuring the highest level of personalized service for residential owners.
 
Working closely with the Director of Residences and Residences Manager, this role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience in luxury hospitality or branded residences.
Key Responsibilities
Resident Experience &amp; Coordination
<ul><li>Act as the primary liaison between residents and internal departments including Concierge, Engineering, Housekeeping, and Security.
</li><li>Ensure consistent delivery of personalized service by maintaining accurate resident profiles.
</li><li>Engage directly with residents to address feedback, resolve concerns, glitches, solve problems and update Golden HOME with accurate information.
</li></ul>Engineering &amp; Maintenance Oversight
<ul><li>Support the planning and execution of projects requiring unit access or impacting shared facilities.
</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of common areas and coordinate corrective actions with Engineering and Landscaping teams.
</li><li>Communicate progress of in-unit works and coordinate timelines with residents and relevant departments.
</li></ul>Leadership &amp; Human Resources
<ul><li>Partner with People &amp; Culture and Learning &amp; Development teams to support recruitment, training, and disciplinary processes for residential employees.
</li><li>Foster a positive, ethical work environment while leading by example and supporting team development.
</li><li>Collaborate with Security to ensure safety initiatives and emergency response protocols are effectively in place.
