Follow up on all financials, LQA, Forbes and TrustYou targets and cascade it down to the team</li><li>

Following up on opening and closing checklists</li><li>

Responsible for linking all facets of service, cuisine and entertainment</li><li>
Assume the responsibility of daily operations</li><li>
