The candidate will assist in financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and supervision of accounting activities while ensuring accuracy and adherence to Qatar regulations.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Assist in managing daily accounting operations and financial activities.</li><li>Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.</li><li>Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.</li><li>Ensure timely bank reconciliations and review of general ledger entries.</li><li>Prepare and review VAT returns in compliance with Qatar regulations.</li><li>Assist in coordinating with external auditors and regulatory authorities.</li><li>Support the implementation of financial policies and internal control procedures.</li><li>Monitor company expenses and help maintain cost-control measures.</li><li>Provide financial reports and analysis to senior management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Qatar Financial Reporting Standards and company policies.</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Accounting or Finance.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in retail or wholesale trade.</li><li>Strong knowledge of VAT regulations in Qatar.</li><li>Good leadership and team supervision skills.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Must be currently residing in Qatar with transferable visa and valid NOC.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p>
