 Key Responsibilities

 Oversee all aspects of the Adventure Park&rsquo;s operations: from hiring team members, maintaining safety standards, managing equipment &amp; facilities, to defining guest‑experience policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are implemented, safety checks performed regularly, and equipment is maintained to highest standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead, train and develop staff; manage guest service quality; liaise with marketing and internal departments for promotional activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work actively in an outdoor adventure‑facility setting with dynamic thrill‑ and family‑based activities such as ziplines, rope courses, climbing walls, giant swings, etc.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 Minimum Qualifications &amp; Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 At least 2 years&rsquo; experience in a similar role (Adventure Park Manager or comparable operational manager in leisure/park setting).
 </li>

 English fluency required; other languages beneficial.
 </li>
 <li>
 Current internationally recognised First Aid/CPR certification.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail, ability to work in outdoor settings, passion for training and developing staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Educational requirement: High School diploma or equivalent; preference for Bachelor&rsquo;s degree depending on employer
 </li>
